We offer a planning service to cover all areas in our Home Improvement and Design Services Department.

We take on individual planning applications for small or large extensions including acquiring building regulations and full material specifications and costings service if required, this may be suitable to a client who wants to undertake some or all of the work themselves, but require assistance before work can commence.

W & H Developments enter into negotiations and option agreements with clients to purchase their land on a subject to planning basis.

We enter into negotiations and contracts with clients on land that requires planning permission to realise its full value, ensuring the planning that is gained is to the sites full potential. This enables the client to achieve a far better selling price for the land, rather that selling it on to a developer before any planning is achieved and subsequently for a cheaper price. W & H Developments fees are negotiable in various alternatives on such contracts.
